“South Carolina slaves perform a West African dance in this eighteenth-century painting.”

Today, I read an essay titled “Slaves on the Frontier”, and it was accompanied by this illustration and caption. I decided to make it a little more festive and a lot scarier by incorporating bees.

Somebody sprayed “BEAST MODE” on the Utica Street bridge, and that is awesome.

Today was my birthday! I didn’t bother taking many pictures because I was celebrating by being really lazy. This was taken a little after midnight, when I was still on campus.

Just hanging out with Cory on campus. Practiced our parkour on that ledge, then two moderately attractive women walked by. Tipsy, of course. One of them thought Cory was calling her fat. Fun times.

Sometimes, when I’m skating around my house, I get a serious sense of nostalgia. I remember so many bicycle and scooter rides. Shooting hoops. Having water gun wars. It’s so rare to see nowadays, and when I do catch a glimpse, I can only look on approvingly.

I basically tried to make a very unflattering self-portrait. I think I succeeded. Now, I just need to take one that won’t scare young children.

I was walking towards Hartwell Hall, and I noticed that this would be a great moment to snap a pic. Sadly, I forgot to change the resolution from 640x480, crippling what could have been a great picture.
